Mad Monday: Seriously, Learn Science, Rick Astley, Werewolves and Big Frank
New Poster art and a Mad Art Lab Recap
It’s Monday and so I have some cool geeky art to share with y’all.
First of all, I illustrated a new poster for you to download and print and put up in your home or school. Or even better, take it to a march or protest! It is created at 22 inches by 28 inches so it’s the perfect poster size piece of art! This design is less angry than my last one but it still packs a punch. Cuz come on people, if you are gonna argue that climate change isn’t a human induced problem, or that vaccines cause autism, I know, you need to learn a little science. So come on join me on the road of discovery and learn something new today!
I release this art to the public for non commercial use under the Creative Commons Attribution NonCommercial (CC-BY-NC) license. You can print it but if you post it anywhere please credit me. Thanks!
To download the full size version of this art go to this post on my patreon page. I release my art to my patrons first but the post is now public for all to access.
In other art related fun, Steve on Mad Art Lab just posted a how-to make a Rick Astley clock. You’re never not gonna know what time it is! It’s hilarious and awesome.
And my friend Jim posted about stone golems and what makes them interesting. Then he painted Big Frank…small. Check it out here.
Our pal Ryan is taking us on a a journey into the science of fiction with the increasingly dubious science of werewolves. Check out his explanation on how werewolves could actually turn from human to wolf, scientifically speaking.
That’s your sciart and pop culture craft fun for this week from Mad Art Lab! Enjoy!
