  1. I’m lactose intolerant. I’ve had people tell me I can drink raw milk. Then I have to explain that raw milk still has lactose, that some bacteria and fungi can break down that lactose until there’s so little lactose left that I don’t have problems, but pasteurization doesn’t create lactose.
