The fact that its pink, probably wouldn’t mean much in real life, but the fact that her space suit lacks gloves would make it practically worthless. There’s no way that thing would protect her from the vacuum of space. Please give astronaut Barbie some space gloves Mattel. ;)

The entire “I Can Be” line of Barbies leaves something to be desired, if presenting positive role models is really what they’re supposed to be doing. Most of Babs’ outfits bear more resemblance to the costume section of Coquette than to real life career clothes.
