Skepchicks in the Steel City…

Pittsburgh area skeptics, don’t say we don’t get you anything!  Come January, not one, not two but THREE, yes THREE Skepchicks will be gracing your cold frigid miserable lovely city for a visit.  Details are on Facebook – come join Elyse (Keeper of the Buzzed Aldrins), Jen (Honorable co-author of the quickies and other gems of brilliance) and me (Universally Reviled by Twilight fans everywhere) for an evening of fun, festivities and skepticism.

  3. So after this, I still have Amanda, bug, Vera, Evelyn, Jill, and writerdd that I haven’t met. And all but one of the teens, but after all the Twilight stuff, I’m not gonna go sniffing them out.

    Hmmm. Skepchick bingo is HARD.

  4. Yay! This will be my first opportunity to meet other Skepchicks in person! Plus, I love Pittsburgh. I haven’t been there in a couple of years, so it will be great to be back.

  5. There are a ton of cool events for skeptics and atheists in da burgh, btw. We’ll have info at this event about other stuff going on.

    Pittsburgh has vodka and Yuengling. And me. What else do you need?

  6. Poo, this was almost a perfect setup – I was driving down from State College to pick up my wife from the airport in Pittsburgh on Saturday at 6… but now because of the storm she’s staying with friends and I’m not coming down until Sunday.

    I don’t suppose you’ll all still be drinking at that point? ;D
