New Cpt. D Video: TAM6, and Ripped Off by German TV!

There’s a new Captain Disillusion video up, hooray! And to make it even better, the first half is all about The Amaz!ng Meeting 6, AND there are cameos by Penn Jillette and yours truly, AND there’s a nice debunking of a reptile-woman video, AND there’s a new mission for us, the viewing audience: Cpt. D mentions that a German TV show called Galileo used (without permission or even attribution) his videos debunking the guys catching sunglasses. Bogus! Here’s the web site for Galilelo — are any German-speaking friends still hanging around? If so, please help us find a “contact” link and then let the network know that stealing someone’s work is not cool.

Anyway, here’s the new video. Thanks for letting me participate, Captain Disillusion! Seriously, call me.

Don’t forget that Cpt. D was on The Skeptics’ Guide just a few weeks ago. Listen here.

    That’s the contact link.

    “Liebe Redakteure,

I actually saw the show and wondered about that, but as the team talked to a graphic designer or some such, I thought they’d simply replicated the Disillusion video and done the same stuff.

  2. I sent an English angry letter telling them not to rip off captain D….hope that helps a little. Capitan D is awesome by the way. I like your part in the video too Rebecca!

  3. That’s one of the Best Captain D flicks yet.

I am just so impressed by guys like him that step right up to the plate and let fly with some well stated rational thought.

    It is so damn refreshing!
