The things I do not know

The things I do not know vastly outnumber the things I do know. Here’s something I did not know:

/bloo-stok-ing/ noun: a woman with considerable scholarly, literary, or intellectual ability or interest.

Cool, huh? I am going to buy some blue stockings today! Oh, and check out The Bluestocking Society: A Confabulation on Books.

Donna Druchunas is a freelance technical writer and editor and a knitwear designer. When she's not working, she blogs, studies Lithuanian, reads science and sci-fi books, mouths off on atheist forums, and checks her email every three minutes. (She does that when she's working, too.) Although she loves to chat, she can't keep an IM program open or she'd never get anything else done.

  4. Cool, they have blue fishnets! Maybe I will model in the next calendar. Oh, it’s B&W, huh? Maybe I can knit some blue stockings and model in the next calendar even if it is B&W. I hate photo shoots though.
