  1. Although I agree that Dawkins is not a fundamentalist, this statement is flat out wrong, “Most believers echo Robertson, Falwell or Haggard, Osama bin Laden or Ayatollah Khomeini.” Many? OK. But most? That’s just absurd.

  2. I read about the space sex thing through fark, it was entertaining. ;P

    I agree with writerdd, that IS absurd. People should really consider before making statements like that.

  3. Well I dont find it paticurliary surprising that NASA suffering from ‘puritian syndrome’ which seems endemic in the US at times. Sometimes I wonder how these people take a bath without being offended.

    The Soviets/Russians have been studying it since the 60’s (at least in animals), Asimov proposed some conjectures about it 1973, and dozens of papers covering the biological, psychological and mechanics of it have been written.
