At last, a small wrap-up of the April edition of Boston Skeptics in the Pub with speaker Marc Abrahams!
Like last month (with Mike the Mad Biologist . . . video here), we had between 50 and 60 people show up, filling up the back room of the pub. Marc delivered a fantastic presentation on the Ig Nobel Prizes that he oversees every fall at Harvard. As you may suspect, Marc was hilarious and informative, and kindly stuck around for a Q & A session and a few beers even though he was traveling early the next day.
Those of you not in the Boston area might be seething with jealousy right about now, but take heart! You can thank Maggie McPhee for volunteering to record the entire thing and immediately upload it to Google. Maggie, you are awesome.

Additional thanks go to Kerry for bringing along a mic and amp to help combat the noisy environment.
I’m working out the details for the next get-together, but just so you’re all aware, we may be changing venues. Don’t worry, it’ll be equally T-accessible and probably in Harvard Square.
Bonus video: see Greg Graffin of Bad Religion perform at Harvard Memorial Church this past week.
Thanks to Maggie, Kerry and Rebecca!
