Science

Tuesdays aren’t for working, either

Adding to the previous batch of physics games I posted about a while back, here are a few more time-wasting science-based games to play around with. I’m particularly enamored with “I Hate Clowns,” a game in which you hurl pie tins at limp-bodied clowns. The linked article is from the Wall Street Journal, and you’ll note that it includes a link to a fantastic blog all about video game physics – what a cool idea! Matthew Wegner, game designer, offers reviews and of course a ton of free game downloads. Sweet!

Coming on the heels of the ongoing Skepchick Tract Challenge (TM), I thought I’d put another call for help out. I need somebody who knows web design. I mean, good web design. I’d like someone to help out with a bit of site redesign, including this blog and a lot of other stuff, so it would help if you were familiar with WordPress, CSS, and phpBB. Shoot me an email at [email protected] if you’re interested!
