Hey there, skepti-cats. As you’ve no doubt noticed, service for skepchick.org has been spotty the past few months, and yesterday we were down for quite a while. Well, the outage yesterday was due to a jump to a new server. We’re back up, but there are definitely some kinks to work out. For instance, at this moment one cannot post to the Skepchick or Skeptics’ Guide forums. But, you can browse to your heart’s content, so that’s something. Also, I think my email is back up, though I’m not sure yet whether it’s functioning at 100%.
Terry, our new web dude, is working on getting everything up and running. Well, actually right now he’s working on getting some sleep, but once it’s a decent hour on the west coast I’m going to begin the motivational whippings. Once everything is worked out, you’ll get regular blog posts, easy access to the forums, plus (finally) a new issue of Skepchick. Hooray!
