Today's Scientology Superhero: Salinity Man!
Background: Scientology nearly ready to unveil Super Power
Under wraps for decades, Super Power now is being prepped for its eventual rollout in Scientology’s massive building in downtown Clearwater. That will be the only place worldwide where the program, much anticipated by Scientologists, will be offered.
A key aim of Super Power is to enhance one’s perceptions – and not just the five senses we all know – hearing, sight, touch, taste and smell.
Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard taught that people have 57 “perceptics.” They include an ability to discern relative sizes, blood circulation, balance, compass direction, temperature, gravity and an “awareness of importance, unimportance.”
One of those perceptics is the ability to control the body’s salinity. Enjoy today’s adventure!
This took far longer to create than it appears.Â
Check out the rest of the list of super powers as there are some good ones in there. So many good ones I may be tempted to do this again in the future. I apologize in advance.
Aha, but Skeptics already HAVE super-powers!
We are able, by our mere presence, to disrupt the working powers of the Woo-Woos!
I mean! How many people, failing James Randi's Challenge, declare that it was HIS skeptical doubting that affected their powers and ruined the outcome of the challenge? This proves it! We can cancel out the great cosmic vibrations of the universe! We can smother telepathy! We can mis-lead the dowsing rods! We can turn even the most potent homeopathic solutions into mere water!
Oh, World! Tremble before the awesome powers of — THE SKEPTIC!!!
As I understand it, skeptics have the uncanny ability to render otherwise invisible and undetectable forces completely invisible and undetectable, simply by not believing in the invisible and undetectable forces.
It's an amazing power. We can't even speculate as to the amount of invisible and undetectable forces we've neutralized or obliterated. Well, we refuse to speculate, if you know what I mean.
"This took far longer to create than it appears."
But it was totally worth it. I love the facial expressions on the hero.
"Awareness of not knowing"
????!
egad.
Of course, one of the other "senses" listed is "Reality", so how aware can they actually be?
