I think Donald Trump’s near win scared the Bejeezus out of Glenn Beck.
Once upon a long time ago he was a fairly reasonable pundit, but that was before being dangerously unhinged became his brand, so I’m not surprised that he can come across as lucid.
I am however stunned that he was talking that way about a Democrat, even if it is one who appears to have to political aspirations of her own.
It requires FB, but the San Francisco Zoo has a red panda cam. Red pandas being the most beautiful animals ever.

I think a comparison can be made to Geraldine Ferraro. I’m not talking about her 2008 racism, mind. She was Mondale’s running mate, and one of the revisionist scapegoats for his loss. (The other was “too liberal”, when he was by all standards a moderate; he lost because he described the downsides of his plans, and also his tendency to drone.) They said America wasn’t ready for a woman.
That’s a large part of how it happens.
It’ll be interesting to see how Juneau, Pakootas, and Iron Eyes do.
