Regarding the European gender pay gap study, was this survey reporting a 17% gap based solely on the combined average wages earned by men and women in general in all types of vocations, or was it adjusted for job title / type of work (i.e. comparing male CEO to female CEO, male custodian to female custodian, male teacher to female teacher, male network admin to female network admin, etc.)?
