Auctions for Science End Tonight!

The auctions for the custom cocktail and gamergate embroidery end tonight, starting at 8:30 pm EDT.

Click here to view both auctions.

These auctions are to raise money for science education at SkepchickCon, the science, critical thinking, and social justice panels, activities, and demos that Skepchick hosts at CONvergence, a sci-fi/fantasy con in the Minneapolis area July 2–5, 2015.

We do not get any part of the CONvergence registration sales, so we bear the cost of supplies and materials for our activities, salons, and demos, as well as for bringing special guests of our own to the con.

We could really use your help. Please consider bidding, donating directly on the SkepchickCon home page, spreading the word, or volunteering before or at the con (contact me by email at skepchickevents [at] gmail.com for more info).

This week’s auctions:

A custom cocktail designed especially for you (or as a gift) by Mad Art Lab mixologist Anne Sauer. Nonalcoholic options too!

We also accept donations for future auctions. Have a quirky item you’re willing to part with that the Skepchick audience might like? Willing to create or donate a handmade item? Have ideas for auctions you’d like to see? Let me know in the comments or by email.

Thanks again for your support!
