  1. The bread story is about drugs and booze. Anyone who bothers to inform themselves on the subjects will find it absolutely unremarkable. Without gender and sex to blur the issue, this should be even easier.

  2. Honestly, if you’re checking out Rifftrax for the first time coming as an MST3K fan, I would recommend the VOD stuff. ESPECIALLY the shorts. The shorts are the same genre (often the same companies) as the educational shorts they used to riff before some MST3K features. The full-length VODs also tend to be great, schlocky B-grade stuff, exactly where they excel. The modern stuff is good too, but I find the sheer lack of film-making ability is more enjoyable in older flicks.
