Teen Skepchick is Hiring!

Hang on to your hats, people of the Internet. I’m about to make your dreams come true. Assuming your dream is to write for free for a skeptic blog. (And of course it is.) You, people of the Internet, are in luck. Teen Skepchick is looking for new writers.

We’re looking for teenagers who are interested in science, critical thinking, and social justice. Also, you should be able to write. That’s kind of important. We are a blog, after all.

Do you think you might be a good addition to Teen Skepchick? You do? Great! There are a few other things we’re looking for. We’d like you to post twice a month. Most of the time you’ll be expected to come up with ideas for your own post ideas, but you’ll have a community of writers to bounce ideas off of. A well-developed sense of humor is helpful, as well.

Are you still interested? Awesome! You don’t need any past writing experience. If you’re interested in communicating the virtues of science and skepticism to the world, you should apply.

Mindy, you may say. You’ve sold me. I want to write for Teen Skepchick. How do I apply?

I’m glad you asked. Just send a short introductory email to [email protected]. Please include your real name, your areas of interest, and why you want to write for Teen Skepchick.

We very much look forward to hearing from you!
