  1. Regarding the “uncomfortable” lounging: I’m a guy, and apart from the first image, I couldn’t see a single position I haven’t used a laptop in. Why do the article writer consider them weird?

Of course, I work IT, and spend a lot of time online off work as well, so it’s been quite a few hours behind a screen. Perhaps the writer uses them more rarely.

  2. I think a lot of the photos are angled so that you can’t see the screen but you still can see the women/get the sex appeal. This will always end up looking awkward because that’s not how any of those items were designed for use.

However, I do use my laptop on top of my knees often. They didn’t have my favorite which is putting it on one hip and twisting sidesways to type on it…. which I do a lot to keep my back and glutes from becoming sore.

  3. That collection of pictures of women laughing alone with their salads made me laugh! HAHA! Nothing makes me look up at the sky and have a good laugh like fiber, I mean like being regular…no like having a good tasty salad! :) HAHAHA, I just accidentally swallowed that olive whole. Seriously, was this put together by the committee ‘making the world a better place by eating salad’? HAHAHA

  4. I had no idea that salads were so funny!

And using a laptop as a fly swatter does seem like a bad idea. And well, the smirk of “really dressed up” lady could be due to her thinking, “Aw, come on; you don’t expect me to actually *USE* this thing in this position, now do you?!?”
