Everyone in the US who doesn’t work for a religious organization that chooses not to offer these services through their insurance coverage. This news has the conservatives in a tizzy! Any argument against free birth control is completely artificial, in every way (also, in many cases, it is just eliminating the copay).
This is a measure that had no downside: access to effective birth control reduces unwanted pregnancies, and it also reduces abortions. Which the cons claim to want to eliminate.
