Scenes from a Multiverse (A Belated Plug)

I was traveling around the US when my friend Jon Rosenberg debuted his new webcomic, Scenes from a Multiverse. Jon has been to Boston Skeptics in the Pub and was on The Skeptics’ Guide to the Universe to discuss his talent for creating seriously nerdy, seriously funny storylines for his first comic, Goats.

While Goats was a continuous story that stretched back ten years, Scenes from a Multiverse is a series of standalone snapshots of life in worlds that vary wildly. I enjoyed Goats, but I have to say that Scenes from a Multiverse is my new favorite webcomic. Now that Jon isn’t restricted to one story, or even to one universe, his imagination can run wild in whatever direction it chooses.

And don’t worry, he hasn’t lost the sciencey, nerdy angle (click to see it bigger on the Multiverse site):

  1. I emailed a bunch of these to PZ Myers the other day. There’s a lot of good ones on religion, alongside the sciencey and geeky ones.

People should check out A Softer World, too.
