Just a quick reminder note to let all the northern California peeps know that the SkeptiCAL convention is taking place this coming Saturday (April 24th) in Berkeley, California.
There will be some fantastic speakers including Skephick’s very own (and super awesome) Karen Stollznow! Other speakers at the event include: Brian Dunning, John Conway, Chris Hoofnagle, Ian Faloona, Brian Malow, David Morrison, Wallace Sampson, Kirsten (Dr. Kiki) Sanford, Genie Scott and Seth Shostak.
I will be there too with a whole bunch of Surly-Ramics on display. If you have tickets to the event please stop by and say hello to me, I’d love to meet you!
If you can’t make it to the event, as it is sold out at this point, you can still attend the skeptics in the pub event the Friday night before at the Jupiter Beerhouse in Berkeley at 7pm.
