Yesterday at Center for Inquiry in Los Angeles, a press conference was held where six former Scientology staff members exposed alleged abusive conditions inside the church of Scientology, including exploitation, physical abuse and forced abortions. This press conference coincided with the two-year anniversary of global protests against the church by the internet group Anonymous. Another anti-Scientology protest is being held today in Hollywood. KABC-Los Angeles news station picked up the story last night. It will be interesting to see how this all plays out.

I like how the Scientology PR guy basically says just ignore them; they’re crazy. With allegations like that I’m not sure who to believe, but from what I know of Scientology I wouldn’t put it past them, plus I want to know how they got my number and think my mom lives in Australia.
