  • Ghost TV – “With all ghost hunting shows, there are only two possible outcomes; either a ghost is found, or not (so really one possible outcome). Producers have to prepare for either scenario.” From Lauren.
  • Science proves cats are evil – Really, it proves that they’re whiny little bastards. Every cat owner is already familiar with the, “I’m starving to death!” meows of uberpatheticness.
  • Good Lord, it’s the Jesus diet – From Sydney.
  • Particles collide in LHC – And hey, look, the world hasn’t ended! Woo!

  1. I already knew my cat was evil. I still have the scars to prove it.

That doesn’t explain why she so desperately wants into the garage. But it does explain why she sounds so desperate when she wants into the garage.

  2. So, as you read the LHC article, did anyone else have Ghostbusters running through their head? “Try to imagine all life as you know it stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light.”

  3. The LHC is colliding, but only at (relatively) low energy. It won’t ramp up to full energy until sometime late next month.

It would be even more fun if they decided to wait until Dec 22, 2012 to ramp up to full power. Can you imagine how woo-full the crazies would be?

  4. Cats aren’t evil, their drama queens. That’s why so many gays have cats (hopefully, I will soon joint those ranks). It helps us practice our queeny skills.

“Girl, (snap) you can’t out-queen me!”

  5. @infinitemonkey: I thought gays generally had dogs. Because during our last Rainbows Festival (gay festival in downtown phoenix) there were dogs EVERYWHERE. It was awesome.

You should get a cute dog you can walk during festivals or down the street, because it gives an excuse for cute guys to talk to you ;)

  6. When I saw “Jesus Diet,” I assumed people were just subsisting on communion wafers and “miraculously” losing weight…

I love cats, but anyone who doesn’t think they are evil has obviously already been brainwashed.

  7. Of course cats are evil. My little 3 pounder has convinced both of my parent’s 20 pound mutts that she can kick their ass and they’d better stay out of her house.

  8. stated that it appears that cats “learn to dramatically exaggerate it when it proves effective in generating a response from humans.”

    So basically, cats are children.

  9. Ghost TV: “We are probably about a season away from one of the shows introducing a long lost little brother, or a cast member recieving magical powers, or some other cliche that shows call on when ratings start to dip”.

This week, the Ghost Hunters travel to Hawaii where they anger the supernatural powers by abusing a Tiki idol. As a result, they are forced into a water ski-ing competition, and one member has to jump a great white shark!

  10. Already have it Durnett, Ghost Hunter Academy has a young lady who has ‘psychic’ powers.

It is such a guilty pleasure to watch these sho…..

    DID YOU HEAR THAT?

    *wanders off into the darkness.

  11. Cats just want to be fed, and since they can’t talk, they’ll do what they need to get us to feed them. Deception is too high for their cognation level. They are like kids who will never grow up.
