Ha! I think my favorite part is the intersection of Dog, Dog, and Dog.
As a primate, I would like to lodge a formal protest. Big Foot/Sasquatch/Yeti/Abonimable Snowman was left out. As a proponent of primates, I deplore this abomination in the form of Bird Bias in the Monkey v Bird battle.
Everyone knows that Big Foot would rip off a harpies wings, then beak-flip it, leaving it to count it’s numbered feather…

The diagram is vastly incomplete. The diagram should have included a section for the
“goat,” which should be included as a part of the unicorn, and would allowed for satyrs.

yay, etymology!
@nightfall: There’s that, of course. But what I mean is that all of the mythical creatures are combinations of known, Earthly, mundane creatures. One would think that true “supernatural” creatures, if they existed, would be totally unlike anything we know – i.e. aliens to our natural world.
However, I love the Venn diagram. As some have pointed out, it can stand some “expansion modules.” :-)
