  1. I can totally read people’s minds! It’s just when I tell them what they’re thinking, they feel the need to deny it. Fools.

  2. Goats, cats, books, fried beer, and eating god. Good stuff. But now I want to know how you fry beer.

  3. Oh Rebecca, you are now officially my closest anonymous internet friend! New forms of social interaction are delightfully creepy!

In other news, I am in love with your cat. She’s adorable and I want to snuggle her.

  4. If I were only 120 years younger Rebecca, you would find me irresistable! (hehehe)

Unfortunately, I am deathly allergic to cats. I must be genetically deficient which means that our relationship would be doomed from the outset.

It’s better this way, trust me.

By the way, I hope you are feeling better. Getting mowed down by a car really sucks. When the weather permits here in Denver, I ride a 50cc scooter to work and that is my real fear. People generally don’t seem to have a whole lot of respect for others who commute in anything smaller than an SUV. Please be careful out there, we would miss you if you got really creamed.

  5. There was a cat in your last video? Clearly it wasn’t a distraction for all of us.

  6. A cat, huh? Assuming that “the last video”was the “Bibles in schools” video, nope, I didn’t notice no cat myself.

I am reminded of a “design for the user” story, in which a short government-produced health advice fim was shown to a test audience of rural people who had never seen a film before in their lives, and the only thing that they remembered from the film was a chicken that walks through one corner of the frame for about two seconds.

  7. I also managed to remain completely oblivious to the feline presence in the last video. Perhaps my attention was elsewise rapt. Or maybe it’s like that thing where half of people don’t notice the gorilla walking across the basketball court.

Great video, but I’m not quite convinced about that last book you recommended. Graphic novels and heresy are all well and good, but I’ve got no patience with chickens that are trying to rule the world. I like chickens with the balls to actually make good on it. There’s too much lazy poultry around these days, just not willing to see their megalomaniacal scheming through.

  8. Yay, you have a cat, now I like you even more :)
Great video, you should always mention some books and recommendations…

  9. Because I am a big lame loser, I somehow missed your first video. But anyway…

Holy crap, your cat does have gigantic alien eyes!

Yay, books! Do you have a GoodReads.com account? I would be a lost crazy person without mine. Or, more of a lost crazy person than I already am, anyway…

  10. life partner and I watched video (thats like a wife but more pretentious) Loved it. We both think you are adorable. Love seeing you make fun of stupidity too. Keep up the good work.
