All hail the monstrous nerd. You are by far the SUPREME NERD GOD!!!

"I am nerdier than 100% of all people"

  3. I scored a mere 92%, answering honestly.

Pretty impressive considering that I had to answer low on all the academic qualification questions…

  4. Heh, I only scored a 56%! I think my very limited computer knowledge brought me down. Does this mean I get to administer wedgies to all you dorks? ;o)

Oh, and I resent having to chose my age group as 33-50. That's quite a range!

Did anyone take the latest version of the test? I scored a little higher on that.

  5. Follow up (since link didn't work): I scored an 83. I suspect, were I considerably younger, it would have been higher–even nerds mellow as time goes on.

  6. I dislike the question asking how many hours a day I'm on a computer "not while working." What do you mean, not while working?!

Anyhow, these quizzes are really annoying in how they strongly propogate the stereotype of the association of intelligence and love-of-learning with a lack of a social life/social skills.

  7. On v. 2 of the test, I'm Uber cool Nerd Queen, based, from the looks of it, almost entirely on my Sci-fi and History scores.

  8. Proof that this test is about as bogus as could be:

    56% ?!

    Something is very wrong …

As for the second test, it has some negative questions in there (mostly of the follow-up variety) that can essentially be answered truthfully with both yes and no, depending on how you interpret the question. So that's not very reliable.

It seems I'm a lightweight nerd. I suppose that's also literally true.

I scored highest on science though, surprisingly (although still below 65%), and my second highest score was Sci-Fi, and only then computers, both at around 50%.

Perhaps I'm more of a dork than a nerd, and not nearly as smart as I think I am …

  9. Wow, 96, answering honestly. "All hail the monstrous nerd. You are by far the SUPREME NERD GOD!!!" That seems a little excessive.

  10. I thought that my lack of graduate-school education, distaste for RPN calculators, and relatively clean apartment would count against me, but I apparently deserve 100% – SUPREME NERD GOD!
