Skepticism

The video!

I promised more fun stuff to go along with my Talent Quest entry, so here’s a video I shot on location during my ghost tour. While walking down the street with Jim, I had an uber-high quality digital recorder stuffed in my messenger bag with a microphone connected to it. I held the mic in my right hand and the camera phone in the left, which is why it starts off slightly . . . askew.

With all that going on, there were at least two times when Jim stopped me from wandering into traffic and becoming another good story for his ghost tour.

By the way, if you want Jim to show you around Boston (or Salem, or some other places around New England), he’ll be more than happy to do it. Even if you don’t believe a word he says, you’ll get ten times the entertainment and value with him rather than with those guys in the trolleys. Check out Jim’s web site at newenglandghosttours.com.

  1. Good job, Rebecca! That bit at the bottom of this post treating Jim with respect and friendship was exactly what I was hoping to see! You're not going to make another ranting skeptical polemic show. Even if we disagree with Jim, we can still be friends and be courteous. It was this attitude that helped Sagan touch so many lives, and I think it will serve you well. I knew you could pull it off!
